Montana Matters Magruder Camp

Our Montana Matters Magruder Camp takes place at the Magruder Ranger Station, West Fork Ranger District. Our ability to put on this camp is due to a cooperation between several non-profit organizations that work with the Montana Conservation Elders to ensure funds are available each year to provide this opportunity to youth in Montana and neighboring states. This camp is designed to provide fun outdoor learning experiences for participants. Your days will be filled with horse packing, archery, fly fishing and fly-tying activities, animal identification, blood tracking, primitive weapons, hiking and wilderness survival, etc. Other activities will include campfires with stories from Smoke Elser, games, great food and companionship.
